Calçada Investment Management is an independent real estate investment management company focused on value added projects and urban rehabilitation.

Our headquarters are located in Lisbon, where we lead most of our activity.

Calçada Investment Management is lead by Marc Laufer and Alexandre Sanko.

Marc Laufer is a French business man and active investor in the Portuguese economy, having bought several restaurants and high stake companies in order to promote Portugal across frontiers, he has become an important figure and reliant business partner for many. Marc brings his very pragmatic vision of real estate and his financial expertise regarding the projects, the way they are financed, structured and makes sure the exit strategies are optimized.

Alexandre Sanko is French born, Franco-American, with 15 years of real estate experience in Paris, France. Alexandre has lead numerous residential and commercial rehabilitation projects. His fields of expertise include sourcing, financing, licensing, conversion, sales, etc. Alexandre has hands on experience in all of these steps and takes care of seeing them through in the current projects.
